Algebra: one outbound engine, every market at once

How TechTower stood up a multi-market outbound engine for a MENA AI-automation firm: shared infrastructure, per-vertical targeting, unified reporting.

Algebra is a funded AI-automation firm in a region where the buyers rarely sit on LinkedIn and the first-mover window is open now. The board wanted growth across every vertical at once. The team had no one running GTM. The problem was never ambition. It was that outbound only compounds when it is focused and systematic, and Algebra had neither the infrastructure nor the time to build it.

The challenge

Algebra needed outbound running across several markets in parallel, from accounting to construction to manufacturing, without a GTM hire to build or operate it. Standard tools came up empty in-region, where a large share of decision-makers are not reachable through LinkedIn or Apollo. Every vertical the board wanted to chase competed for the same scarce internal time, so nothing ran end to end and outbound stalled the moment anyone paused.

What we built

We deployed one outbound engine and pointed it at multiple markets from shared infrastructure. Each vertical gets its own ICP definition, sourcing logic and messaging, but they run on the same pipeline and report into the same place, so adding a market is a configuration, not a rebuild. Buyers who are not on LinkedIn are reconstructed from the open web, team and about and contact pages, registries, directories, maps and niche databases, then verified through a Clay waterfall, which is what makes the in-region campaigns runnable at all.

What we deployed: Apify plus Claude Code sourcing including non-LinkedIn buyer reconstruction, proprietary TechTower scrapers for hard regions, Clay waterfall enrichment and ICP fit-scoring, Attio as the single source of truth, Lemlist multi-step LinkedIn and email sequences, n8n orchestration wiring every tool together, and a warm campaign mapping the CEO's first and second-degree network alongside per-vertical cold outbound.

How it runs

Depth before breadth: one vertical is taken end to end before the engine points at the next. n8n moves data between sourcing, enrichment, CRM and sequencing automatically, so nothing is copy-pasted by hand. Positive replies route straight into Attio with full context and into Slack with a phone number for a five-minute callback. TechTower owns everything up to the reply, Algebra owns the conversation. A shared workspace keeps ICP, sequencing and positioning aligned across every market and reviewed on a weekly rhythm.

The outcome

TechTower moved Algebra from kickoff to a live, multi-market outbound system in weeks, infrastructure built, verticals sequenced and campaigns wired to unified reporting, without Algebra adding a single GTM hire. Expectations were set honestly from day one. The lasting asset is the engine itself: a reusable system Algebra can point at the next vertical, and the next, on repeat.
